Features.
In addition to writing videogame reviews, I will sometimes write features about a particular issue in gaming that I feel is pertinent. Here they are:

About.
About this blog.
As you can see by the videogames that are currently available on the market, we have a long way to go. Currently, the popularisation of videogames through the mainstream acceptance of video game consoles has resulted in mediocre titles that appeal to the broadest demographic; the adolescent man-child, obsessed with explosions, tits and dick jokes.
I suppose the aim of this blog is to uncover those exceptional hidden gem videogames that demonstrate the true potential for the videogame as a medium of philosophical and literary merit.
About the author.
My name is Alec Ritchie and I have spent the past five years simultaneously studying for a vocationally impotent arts degree in English Literature, and playing increasingly shit-house videogames. I've had a few of my feature articles published in reputable Australian videogame magazines, including PC Powerplay and Hyper, and am attempting to earn a living through freelance journalism with a specific view towards videogames.
